🧡 Introductions
Our #01-introductions channel is a great way to get to know the community. Haven’t had a chance to introduce yourself? It’s never too late! Here are some recent intros:
My name is kirumira Julius and I'm excited to join this community. I am the director of Vegan Planet Africa organization in Uganda where we focus on promoting plant-based living, veganism and animal welfare.
I'm Raimon Sabater from Toulouse (France), activist for sentientism and anti-speciesism, in several animal rights associations.
My name is Bram, and I’m from Glo Dollar. I work for an organization that’s focused on finding new ways to fund charities and public goods.
I'm Josh. I'm a PhD biochemist and research scientist in biotechnology, especially proteins, and have worked in local animal welfare groups off-and-on for the last 20 years.
My name is Shivaram Yellamilli, but I go by Shiv. I am based in San Francisco and am currently working as a biological data scientist (with a focus on single cell transcriptomics and proteomics) and would love to utilize my skills to work on animal welfare!
